Had a phone screen, didn't hear back for months. When I was finally contacted again, I was told they would discuss whether to give me an interview later that week. Never heard back or got an interview.

I went through two different interviews with recruiters where I tried to gain insight on the company as a whole as well as the individual team I was interviewing for but it just felt like they were reading off of a prompt the entire time. Felt like I didn’t gain anything out of the interview and they were extremely adamant about going back into the office ASAP and wasn’t offering any remote position
