I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cargill (Wayzata, MN) in May 2013
Interview
I was interviewed on the phone separately by a human resources professional and the hiring manager. I then submitted copies of my work. Finally, I had a face-to-face interview with the hiring managers. The process was very professional and enhanced my desire to be hired by the company (I had two other live offers at the time).

Question 1
I do not recall any difficult or "trick" questions. I was asked how I would respond to deadlines and pressure.
good quite calm and as per schedule, was formal and relevant questions were asked , interviwer had good knowledge and knows what he was looking for, but they do not communicate the results faster

Question 1
introduce yourself and talk about your professional background
3 step process. Interviews were catered around past experience, and what you would do with tough co workers or customers. Come with real life examples, did not grill you on what your past experience was.

I applied online. I interviewed at Cargill in Jan 2022
Interview
Pathetic process
Took me through 5 rounds of interviews, discussed salary in each round l, was very clear on my expectations and they agreed. After selection and submitting my documents, they ghost me and after chasing them for a month I get a reply from them ‘we can hire you on a salary less than your current salary let me know if you wanna join’
