Not as scary as I thought it would be for my first interview. As long as you have some familiarity with sales and like the company you'll do okay. The second interview was given a week after the first so turn around was fast. The interview questions for the second interview were the same as the first.

Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Carter's (Bronx, NY)
