I applied online, got a message for a phone screening, then was told a hiring manager would call to schedule an interview, and finally received an email to schedule an online interview.

Basic common questions: strengths/weaknesses, how do you deal with a difficult customer, and how do you handle a situation where you and your coworker have different opinions?

Interview
The interview process was not hard, nor intimidating. There are two rounds, one with a supervisor and the other with a manager. They ask you simple questions that you can expect from an employer, such as your experiences.
