Interview
Had a positive response from a phone inquiry into the position and set up an in person interview. Soon into the in person, interviewer behaved as though I was going to be the candidate chosen for the position - asking what I wanted to do in the future and the role I wanted to play in the research group. Was made an offer soon thereafter.

The interview process starts with talking to HR first, then an interview with the lead scientist and finally an interview with the PI. After a week maybe two HR will make you an offer when you try to rebuttal the salary because its usually lower than most places they will barely try to budge.

What is one your greatest strength and how does that apply to the lab?
Zoom Interview, then called in for a second interview to meet with the research team in a more casual setting. Zoom asked basic questions like why are you interested, what are your career goals, what is your background. In-person was to see if you got along with the team & if the team likes you.
