I was called in for an interview with the supervisor. There were pretty standard interview questions. After she narrowed it down to two candidates, she called me a week later to schedule a 2nd interview, which included a one on one interview with her boss, who asked very by-the-book interview questions, and a tour of the areas I would typically work in. Then I met with a few of the people I'd be working closely with which consisted of introductions, not really any questions. After the second interview, they started the background check process. This was done by an outside company, but coordinated by the HR department who became my contact for a week orso while everything sorted out. I also had to take a urine drug test and once those cleared, I was scheduled for a pre-employment physical and meeting with HR to fill out I-9 paperwork, etc. This took a few hours. Then a new employee orientation for a couple of days before beginning actual work!
