I applied in March and didn't hear a word back until August when I received a phone call asking if I was able to come in for an interview. The lead at the time emailed me the details but failed to respond when I asked her a question. It was a group setting with the manager leading the meeting. The leads of a few sub-departments were there as well. They were nice and easy to speak with. A few weeks pasted before I heard back. It was an easy process, but very drawn out.
