It was more like a discussion on the phone since they already knew about me. I needed also my recommendation letters (standard procedure). After the phone interview I was invited to give a seminar. The seminar audience consisted of about 20 specialists in my field and my present employer. After that I was offered the position.

HR screening and 1 day onsite with 1 hour presentation, 1 on 1 meet with team members and PI. There will be technical questions and behavior questions. Such as how you handle conflicts with your coworkers or collaborators;
