Interview
3 hour interview.
1 hour was spent with HR answering random behavioral questions.
1 hour spent with Manager going over roles and responsibilities.
1 hour spent with 2 team members answering vague technical questions.
Candidates must understand that at this stage Centene processes are not always well-defined. You must be interested in healthcare as a career, identifying with Centene’s mission.
