Challenge Manufacturing Manufacturing Engineer-Corporate interview questions

Recruiter reached out to schedule phone screen. After I provided my availability she ghosted and never responded even after a follow up email. Highly disrespectful way to treat candidates. Why even reach out and waste a candidate's time if you are not interested in interviewing? Doesn't reflect too well on the company.
