Chan Zuckerberg Initiative Software Engineer interview questions

Scheduled an initial phone call with a recruiter. The recruiter never called or sent any message letting me know they were not going to be able to make it. Sent an email to them with more availability to reschedule but they never responded. Looks like this happened to someone else but they at least got a notification before the scheduled time. My recruiter just scheduled a time and ignored me from after that. The job is still being actively recruited for and there are now even more engineer openings within the Education initiative. Kind of surprised to have this experience with CZI. I had a nonprofit/social impact background before getting into software engineering so was definitely interested in the work they were doing.
