I filled out the application process through Chewy's website. After filling out my information and sending in my resume, I was contacted the next day to fill out questions and start the basic interview. Consisted of basic things and also some questions where it was basic math. Some of the questions required us to browse products and answer questions on what type of animals they are for, etc. Also, there was one question on a product that could be bought in bulk (in different amounts) and which option would be the cheapest for the customer (so just do some basic math). The last question/prompt consisted of having to create/type a response to how I would respond to a customer who is inquiring about their promotional sales. I think what they want to see is your personality shine through the email because they emphasize being yourself through customer relations (so embody your friendliness but also Chewy standards of customer service). Afterwards, I was contacted my a hiring manager to schedule an appointment for a phone interview. That consisted of questions on my previous work experience and what that entailed, to why I want to work there/how I found out about them, how I would treat uncomfortable situations with angry customers, how do I view mistakes, etc. (basic/preliminary questions). Got offered the job on the spot afterwards.
