I spoke to my recruiter several times via email and phone, then was set up for a phone interview with the Catalog Manager, who sent me a writing test by email, and then Chewy paid for me to drive down and stay in a hotel while I took part in an onsite interview with four members of the Merchandising team. After that, I was contacted by my recruiter and given an oral offer of employment, followed by an emailed Offer Letter the next day. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant experience -- chatting with my future team was fun and the Chewy offices are beautiful, open, and impressive!
