HR person called for initial phone screen and I immediately got the impression that she was simply trying to get through the call. Maybe she was just new. At one point she asked about my experience with VMWare, and by the tone in her voice she seemed to anticipate that this would really be a "Gotcha!" type question. I told her that I had 6 years of extensive VMWare experience and she just replied with a skeptical "Hmmmmm". This implied to me that she hadn't even read my resume because if so then this information would have been immediately obvious. There was nothing about the position that sounded different than what I am currently doing however the next day I received an email stating that I would not receive a follow up call. It was a waste of my time to take this call.
