An online quiz (10 min) and than a phone interview. The online quiz was Java 101. It tested basic Java questions regarding Classes, polymorphism. The phone interview was more technical in nature and was pleasent as I felt interviewer was also trying to gauge my experience and interest along with it. It followed with onsite In-person interview.
The first round was more over conversation followed with Whiteboard session following with one round with Product Manager and at-last VP of Software Engineering.
All of the Interview were basic in nautre (following along the interest and past projects). White board session was simple ( basic recursion). However, due to my fear of white-board interview, I just couldn't muster strength to write anything on it intelligible and interviewer didn't helped either in making it comfartable experience.
Overall, a positive experience but need to focus more on real time problems / design problems or Data Structures instead of trivial Java questions.
