Chewy Senior Project Manager interview questions

No interview - job posted on a Monday morning - applied for the job and got a rejection in less than 30 minutes. No way they even reviewed my resume. I hear they are growing but I'm guessing their recruiters have been trained to very specific guidelines and keywords and have become robotic. Or they guessed my age and declined me interview immediately.

Interview process took off very fast. I was contacted and phone screened by HR, had a phone interview with the hiring manager and interviewed onsite in the same week. I thought the interview went very well, but contact from HR started slowing down. I followed up a week or two later and was told I'd be contacted on a certain day the following week. That day came and went but I was contacted a few days after that saying they were really interested in me, but looking for more Senior level person and were considering bringing me in as a Product Manager under that person because they were still looking to hire more than one person. I continued to see several new PM positions posted over the next two weeks, both Sr level and regular, and I reached out to see if I was still being considered as a candidate, but never received a response. So much for being "really interested". HR should really better about responding to a candidate either way once they've actually been through an onsite interview.
