Was very unhappy with the how management handled interviewing, My experience with it was awful. While it is an on the phone interview, I was scheduled for a specific time and date. My phone was ready an when the time rolled around I did not receive a call. When I called not even 2 minutes later to this establishment, they claim they had called me 3 time and I have now forfeited my interview. My call logs showed no such calls were made. I completely understand that if they found a candidate earlier in the day and decided to go with them that is completely fine and I would rather excepted that as an answer, however not only was I told that I didn't pick up the phone (which couldn't have been true since I never received a call) but that because I didn't it was completely my own fault that I missed the interview. I was an assistant manager for over a year and interviews many applicants, and never have I treated a potential candidate as such. I asked if there was any way i could reshedule the interview and they claim my name would most likely not be chosen because I "forfeited" this interview. It was a total of 3 minutes before I called to check if i was getting a call. Chick-fil-A management please, do better. I rate this experience a 0.5 out of 5 stars.
