Interview was not too long, around 20-30 mins of just questions popping on the screen. Friendly interface. However, the questions were very irrelevant to the role being applied for. Completely out of context questions which a finance candidate couldn't have anticipated. The interview was more likely edged towards companies past creative directors etc,? like how could that be relevant to the role, My application was not for joining the design team at Dior but rather in Finance. Plus, waited for 3 weeks waiting for a reply. I dropped a follow-up email and was written back after a week stating the position has already been filled. Would never want to join or apply to DIOR again. Unprofessional Or very weak management in the talent or hiring team,
