I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Christie's (London, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
I had to complete a video interview consisting of 5 questions, for which you had 30 seconds to prepare each answer. I was expected to speak for anywhere between 3 and 5 minutes for each question. There were no trick questions and they were fairly standard. The only real difficulty was the last question, which required candidates to talk about a painting for 5 minutes.
Hirevue interview then online assessment. Hirevue was straightforward with questions on background teamwork time management etc and online assessment was a smooth process. At the end of the hirevue there was a picture task and then some gamified tests.
An initial emailed HireVue interview request with multiple STARR based questions about past work and life experiences. Around 5 to 6 questions with a minute to prepare followed with a few minutes to answer each.
You first submit a written application, and if successful, you’re invited about a month later to complete a HireVue video interview with timed, recorded answers. A few weeks after that, there’s an online exam. If you pass, the final stage is an in-person interview or assessment day with deeper interviews and possibly case studies or group exercises.
