First I applied online to CEC as a Game Room Tech Manager. Few days later they send an assessment test. The test was pretty easy as I had a background of electronics. A couple weeks later I received a call from a friendly recruiter. Asked me a few question about my history and my knowledge. The phone interview was about 20 minutes long. The recruiter had an interview set up for the morning of the next day with the district tech manager. By the way, the interview date was of my choosing. I arrive to chuck e cheese on time only waiting 5 minutes for the managers arrival. Seems the manager was double book and had contractors at the same time. I asked the manager that I would be okay and that I don't mind him taking care of his business. I asked if I could come at a later time so I could bring my kids in. He gladly accepted the offer and offered to buy the kids lunch. When I returned the manager was free for a 1 on 1 interview. I felt the one on one interview went pretty well just a few questions about my background and my level of knowledge. I threw in a few questions about the jobs and how everything worked. After the interview was done the manager bought food for the kids. Now I am expecting a call for another interview with someone of higher power.
