Interview
After initially submitting resume online, the next step is a phone interview with the recruiter. If you have a phone interview, that is a good sign, that you will be referred to the DM, because your resume had enough attention getting facts to get you moved forward in the process. It is important to be committed to your answer. Do not be "in the middle." Strongly agree or strongly disagree when doing the assessment portion after initial verbal interview with recruiter.

I received a phone call for a phone screening. After the phone screening I was invited to the restaurant to speak with the District Manager and a manager from another store. At this time they gave me an IQ test. After the testing I was given the opportunity to ask any questions of them. I was called back 3 days later and offered the position.

After the initial online application, you will be asked to fill out an assessment. It's a thinly-veiled personality test combined with some business math questions. Answer everything Strongly--yes or no. Maybe or the not-so-strong answers carry little or no weight.

No interview at all, and no training. "Hey, you want your own store?". I jumped at the offer cause it was easy cash. The only regret I have was to turn down the job. This was the worst 5 years of my life. I would tell everyone to steer clear of this rotten company at all costs.
