The interview was over Microsoft teams and it included 2 of the unit managers who both were very relaxed. The interview only lasted about 30 minutes. I asked to shadow the unit and they gave me a job offer a few days after I shadowed.
Good, and thorough. Tour of unit and questions from manager and educator. Got back in timely manner with interview results. Swift process overall. Patient with all questions from interviewee. Engaged and complimentary.

Interview
I was recommended by a recruiter, the process was so smooth. Once she submitted my resume to the department, I was contacted in 2 days. Interview was scheduled in 3 days. The interview itself was a 1:1 with a manager. He was so amazing, pleasant and made it so comfortable. The interaction was more of a conversation rather than an interrogation. We asked each other questions back and forth and allowed me to clarify as much as I needed.
