I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Mason, OH) in Jan 2015
Interview
The HR I spoke to was very good with communication and made it very easy to understand what was going on. The interview process was like any other. More behavioral questions than anything. I had to go through a phone screening and then a face to face. I had to meet with multiple directors. I heard back relatively fast with an offer.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you dealt with a safety issue
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
