Interview
The interview process was much less than I expected. We stood in the middle of the store rather than an office as the manager does not have one. The manager did not have any company material to go off of for the interview. It was quick and vague. All that was asked is my availability and wage expectations. Lastly after all was said and done there were issues with the sending and receiving of my background check.

Interview
I was interviewed by the supervisor as the manager was unavailable.
All she had asked for was my availability, and if I had worked in the deli before. Also if I had had any customer service experience.
Step 1: Phone Contact
Initial Call: A recruiter will contact you by phone to confirm your application details.
Discussion: The recruiter will briefly discuss the job role, your experience, and salary expectations.
Scheduling: If you are a good fit, they will schedule an online interview.
Step 2: Online Interview
Interview Details: You will receive a link to an online meeting. Be sure to log in on time.
Interviewers: You will be interviewed by a hiring manager or a team leader.
Topics: The interview will cover your skills, past experience, and why you are interested in the role. Be prepared to talk about how you handle specific situations in a retail environment.
Step 3: Offer and Store Placement
Offer Notification: If you pass the interview, you will be notified that you have been accepted for the position.
Store Selection: You will then be asked to choose your preferred store location within the available area.
Next Steps: After you confirm your desired location, you will be given instructions on how to start the onboarding process.

Interview
Walked in with resume. Met with Store Manager. We talked for about 40 mins. (He had to excuse himself cpl of times to attend to business) He described position and gave me store tour. Hired me on the spot. (He transferred to another store shortly thereafter but loved Ashley, new manager too! ) We made the workday fun! The whole crew!
