I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Citizens (Cleveland, OH) in Apr 2013
Interview
I applied for the position online at multiple locations. I was then contacted by an HR recruiter who conducted a phone interview. At the end of the phone interview I was asked if I wanted to attend a hiring event at the main office in downtown Cleveland, OH. Here I was interviewed by two Branch Managers and then their Regional Manager. This is when I knew I was going to receive an offer. Both Branch Manager then let me know they wanted me and one other Branch Manager who spoke to the Regional. My original HR Recruiter then came in to ask about salary requirements and we negotiated. I accepted later that day.
