Interview
Initial phone screen followed by an on site super day with multiple interviews. Interviews were all structured similarly, with a brief portion of fit followed by a relatively straightforward case. The cases are less structured than at some other firms, with one open ended question to answer with any information you can think to ask the interviewer for.

Interview
1 behavioral and 1 case study interview. Behavioral were common questinos: Why consulting, why Clearview, intro, a time you problem-solved, a time you worked with a difficult person. The case study was rushed, and it felt like someone was breathing down my neck. Market sizing and suggestions as to what actions the client should take.
Heard back the day after the deadline to schedule first round interview. 1 behavioral and 1 case. Then heard back within 2 days to schedule the final round which consisted of a strategy case and scientific discussion. Heard back within 2 days that I didn’t get the position. Quick response times and friendly people.
First round was a case interview with a consultant directly followed by a behavioral interview with HR. Behavioral questions were typical ones like "tell me about a time you made mistakes." Overall very respectful and pleasant conversation.
