Involved protracted discussion over period of months. Initially with recruiter, then proceeding to screening interview with 1x senior HR partner and 1x senior Consulting partner.
Next meeting included a fit interview with peer in an informal setting in a restaurant.
After that point, met with multiple managing partners and principals across the course of one day to identify synergies and determine business model compatibility. Included a presentation on current work.
At the end of the day, met with CEO for an introduction and discussion about fit.
