The interview process was tough and over-complicated. If you're good at testing and everything technical about your skills and can spout them out off the top of your head you'll be good. They seem to overlook experience, character, and personality and base their hiring off of technical expertise alone. Which isn't a bad thing, but if you're looking for a position to learn and adapt to and be a hard-working employee but don't know one or two of the programs/codes listed, don't bother applying for the position at this company.

Question 1
Puzzle questions (ex. you have 8 basketballs, 7 are equal weight and 1 is slightly heavier. Using a two-ended scale only twice, find the basketball that is slightly heavier)
I interviewed at Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Very kind and accommodating people, I had two rounds of interviews, the first one was more general and behavioral and the second was more pressure and technical, with some testing of concepts. Overall, a smooth and nice interview process.
I applied online. I interviewed at Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) (Edinburgh, Scotland)
Interview
Clearwater analytics put me through 4 interviews before telling me I didn't have the experience they were looking for. I don't understand why they offered me the interviews in the first place.
Email to set up the phone screening, passed on to the manager for a video interview. Two rounds, straightforward. I know some can go three rounds. Very simple and easy process.
