The interview process has been quite lengthy. I began on August 15 and just completed my final interview on September 18. The first step was a 15-minute call with the recruiter that extended to 45 minutes due to my numerous questions about the position. The recruiter was knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic. Eleven days later, I had a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. HM was charismatic, knowledgeable, and kind. HM provided clarity about the role and answered all my questions. At the end of that interview, I learned I would move on to the final round, scheduled 18 days later. The third interview was a panel interview. My only complaint is that the interviews primarily focused on behavioral and personal questions, which left limited opportunities for me to demonstrate my analytics and project management skills. Additionally, I found the process somewhat redundant, as many questions in the third round echoed those from earlier interviews. I’m currently awaiting feedback on my status, which I expect to receive this week.
