I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cloudbeds in Dec 2021
Interview
Initial screening call with internal recruiter. Gone through the process and have been told "I believe you are what we are looking for" then to be told that lack of commercial experience in one of the technologies used by the company was a deal breaker. This was done via automated email after myself chasing for updates. At least have a courtesy to call/email and tell me in person. Also suggest stating in the job description that the experience in a particular stack is critical for you so are not wasting everybody's time.

Question 1
Describe a situation when you had to deal with a conflict at work.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cloudbeds in Mar 2020
Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds.
I was contacted by a recruiter and had a first call with them.
After that, I talked to a senior manager and finally with the CTO.
Overall it was a positive experience, the recruiter always accompanied me and made me feel comfortable, and even though I didn't make it through after the CTO interview I was given specific and actionable feedback on the reasons why they decided to take a pass on me (not enough experience on their PHP tech stack and not enough experience managing distributed teams).

Question 1
All three rounds of the interview process were based on behavioral questions related to my technical design and decision-making process, release management, and people management experiences.
