The first 3 steps consist of an English test, a questionnaire with 7 questions, and a one-way video interview with 9 questions. After that, if you succeed they will invite you for a video interview with the managers. I believe I did a very good interview with them in July. I answer all the questions very promptly and in a good way. Based on my background and interviews I was very sure that the job offer would come in a couple of days. so the nightmare started. They don´t answer you, don´t give you feedback and you keep waiting. Now more than 3 weeks before, I keep wondering if they will offer me a job or no. Seems like they keep searching for the perfect candidate or they just don´t care to contact you if you don´t fit. No matters the time you wasted studying about the company and to do the process. If the answer will be no, they certainly know that as soon as they finished the interview, so why make the candidates waiting in limbo? They analyzed my cv, my answers in the questionnaire, my one-way video interview and all look good but on the last step they found out I wasn´t a perfect match for the position? Or something is very wrong with the tools they are using to pre-select candidates or something is wrong with the recruiters. Otherwise,
why do they keep using these tools if it´s not enough to identify the right people for the last interview with the managers? It´s a waste of time for candidates and for the managers. Anyway, as I still don´t know if I will be offered the position or not I will move forward on my career, but I really expect that my feedback can improve the recruitment process on this company because as can be seemed here I´m not the only one who is very disappointed with the hiring process at cloudbeds.
