Cloudbeds interview questions

I applied online and did an English test. Few days later I got an automatic rejection email, right after attending their career day. Almost a week later, on a Saturday night, I got an email from the recruiter asking me to do a one way interview and do a written test with a few questions simulating interactions with customers. I found confusing, but did it anyway. I tested my internet before doing the one way interview, showed that everything was ok, but the program crashed a few times. Also, the system doesn't allow you to record the answer again, you really need to be good in the first answer. I wrote to the hiring manager and explained, asking the possibility of answering the questions again, I also reported in the platform itself. I sent out my recorded interview with half answers for 2 questions because the platform crashed. Even explaining the situation, I never got a reply. Today I got another rejection email, THE EXACTLY SAME EMAIL I GOT FIRST TIME. I'm wondering if they will send me an email for another interview as if nothing happened. This says a lot about the company. Lack of organization, people has to be perfect no matter what, work from home (which is nice, I've been doing it already), but has to bring their own device. Thanks for wasting my time, Cloudbeds! I really hope your company review this hiring process.

Long process. It took about 3 weeks to conclude. It’s also a 3 stage interview. I’ve applied through LinkedIn and shortly after I was contacted by the company to do an English Assessment test. The second stage of the process was a one-way interview. I had to answer 9 questions through an online platform. They give you 1 minute to think on the answers and around 1-2 minutes to record it. You only have one chance to do it. I would say this was the most difficult stage as some people might not be comfortable recording themselves on camera. I was then asked to complete four situational questions, all of them in writing. Very specific questions about potential work related issues. On the final stage I was invited to do Zoom Call interview with the Leadership Managers. It was a really nice conversation where they made me feel at ease. They asked me a few questions and answered all my questions. One week after I've been offered the job. During this process, Cloudbeds always sent me emails updating me on my candidacy and always answered my questions so I never felt lost. Everything was very professional and transparent. I am thrilled that I got the job and I cannot wait to start. Thank you Cloudbeds! Tip: Just be yourself and show your fun and outgoing personality.
