I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cloudera (London, England) in Apr 2015
Interview
I was invited to meet with the Northern EMEA Sales Director, as well as Global Head of Field Operations. I was greeted by the Recruitment coordinator who I'd been speaking with on the phone - she went through the agenda for the interview so I was fully prepared. I then spent 2 hours answering questions about my credentials, as well as asking my own questions about the company. It was a positive and informing experience, and challenging as well.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cloudera (Budapest) in Nov 2017
Interview
The company was very welcoming, the HR colleague showed me the way to a meeting room and offered beverages. After a few minutes, the manager of the team where I applied for a position came and we had an hour long interview, where we talked through my career and about the company as well. The conversation was opened and it was very responsive to my questions also.
