The entire interview process took 4 months until I finally got a closure. Probably the worst and awkward experience I've ever had because of a long wait with no proactive followup. I applied directly through Indeed. The next day I got an invite for phone interview with VP. I had interviewed with two more people on the phone and then finally landed an onsite interview after about 3 months. The onsite meeting took almost 6 hours. Several days after my onsite visit, the hiring manager wanted to talk to me about something but he never called. And then about a month later to my surprise, I got an auto email telling me I am no longer being considered. I've done hiring myself with many applicants out of my busy schedule but my recruiter and I never wait for them to reach out for an update or leave them confused. Honestly though regardless of company's success, I think how they treat their prospects directly translates how they manage their own employees. Overall while my experience with their hiring process was definitely less than a par, the people I've met in general seemed very motivated and friendly.
