I met a hiring manager and HR rep at a career fair, and they encouraged me to apply. When I did so the next day, I was called minutes later to set up a phone interview, and then I was brought in the next business day for a 3-hour interview with a department director, team director, and a research associate. There were many, many red flags in the interview process. They were all aware of bad reviews of the org, but when I asked them if they had an employee engagement survey, 2 employees didn't know, and the department director said "Yes... we have an exit survey." Big. Red. Flag.
The position is endless calling, and the position is heavily micromanaged. It seemed very uninteresting, and everyone is super focused on reaching quotas. It seemed like unpleasant work. And the interview process made me feel like they are just trying to get as many bodies as they can into these positions.
Read as many of the Glassdoor reviews as you can before applying and interviewing! They were all spot on.
