Process was rather straight forward but drawn out. Spoke with recruiter regarding background followed by an informal meeting with hiring director. Spoke with 3 other Sales VP's that were peers of the individual who would be my manager. These were primarily repetitive interviews with similar questions asked regarding sales process and overall work experience. The final step was a presentation in which there is a panel reviewing background and a 30/60/90 plan. While a good and overall positive interview experience Coalfire is rather dismissive regarding people that do not have extensive services sales backgrounds. They were communicative after the process and informed me they would not be moving forward as they found a candidate with more applicable experience.
