Cognizant Analyst Trainee interview questions

The recruitment process will be of 4 Rounds + in-person interview (Aptitude assessment, communication assessment, HR interview and technical interview). In person interview will be majorly for document verification and also for last and final round of recruitment process.

📌 Communication Assessment Tests basics of English: reading, grammar, comprehension, speaking (AI-based in some drives). Helps assess how well you can communicate in business settings. 📌 Aptitude / Reasoning Test Quantitative Ability (math), logical reasoning, verbal ability. Sometimes game-based puzzles or pattern based questions are included. 📌 Technical / Coding / Skill Test May include MCQs or coding tasks: SQL queries, fundamentals of programming, cloud/web scenarios. This round can be online and proctored.
