Met with the internal recruiter on a phone interview. They worked around my schedule for the interview. The interviewer was friendly. Based on discussions during the interview they have a high standard on the number of employees managers have as direct reports. The interviewer stated they have at least 8 direct reports per manager.

Had phone interview then was asked to an interview with hiring manager. The recruiter never scheduled and did not return calls or emails. The whole process was very disorganized. The position I applied for has been open numerous times in the last year.

Question 1
My experience with managing employees and how I felt about managing 7-8 direct reports. This is a lot of direct reports especially at the low pay they were offering.
