I was reached over LinkedIn and asked for a phone interview. After a quick chat to gauge my interest level I was asked to come in and take a Wonderlic test as well as meet the managing staff. Final interview and offer come in the next day over the phone as it was a phone based position. Process took two weeks at most, very fast, not super thorough, no leadership, no negotiation. Offer figure was very low, more than 25% off of expected value, but management said it was introductory. Had I used Glassdoor at the time, I would not have accepted.
