I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Combined Insurance (Pittsburgh, PA) in Aug 2015
Interview
They will pretty much hire anyone who presents themselves well and can pass a state licensing exam (after the interview you start an online course to prepare for this). Typically you have an initial interview with the territory manager/employee who referred you and they give you a run down of all of the benefits and a small description of the job and ask a few personal questions and then they'll tell you to think it over and that they'll give you a call. They will call you that same night or the night after to ask what your thoughts are and if you would like to schedule a demo (a ride along with an agent to see what the day to day of the job is), you schedule one, they call you again, ask you what you think again and your interest level, then they set up an interview with their boss, the market director, and you have your final interview with him, they all kind of follow a script for this, it is very easy.
It was a good interview, very transparent, we met in person. the interview went great. I need thirty words. so overall everything went as you would think a thirty minute interview would
Was good cause they were easy to talk to and seemed real motivated. Would recommend to anyone. Could be what I’ve been looking for for a long time. I will update my review once I learn more.
