The interview process lasted more than two months. I waited it out because the job sounded so interesting and I was told that it would be remote. Guess what? After I signed the offer, I was told "sorry....the job is no longer remote." Such a big problem for several reasons. The bait and switch speaks so poorly of the company. Further, this company is really behind the times in not allowing a remote or hybrid work situation. I think I dodged a bullet here. Just warning others: if Dignity offers remote....they could change their mind tomorrow.
