Interview
3 sessions with different level of managers. Support Manager, Director and Team Supervisor. This was scheduled and coordinated through recruiter.
Everything was on time and hassle free and was performed in Sydney office.
No pressure in all 3 sessions at all and with a friendly approach.

Straight forward process, technical orientated interview over the phone then a face to face final stage. All in all a great company to be at, just wish I had been able to stay longer.
Interviewer was good, however job description was not accurate on the websites. It didn't completely said what they were looking for. The description just mentioned basics and they were looking for a senior position.

First, it was a phone interview with someone from HR. Basically to see if you move on in the interview process. If you pass the phone interview, you have a face-to-face interview with the supervisors of the team as well as management. They ask basic customer service questions as well as basic networking questions. I
