Phone interview with HR rep, phone interviews with 3 team members, in person interview with hiring manager. HR rep and team members were great. Hiring manager was a strange duck. She gave me great detail on a team member she was getting ready to fire. Asked me questions to determine my age. Wasn't prepared for the interview. At one point she indicated I had the job, then she went out of her way to explain why meeting with me was a waste of her time. Glad I didn't get an offer from them.
