First round interview involves an aptitude test and a 2 minute chat with the Classified Director, Shelagh Crofts. Interviewees are called out one by one to answer questions which are based around your CV and application. Second round involves a longer chat with Shelagh where she will ask you about your childhood memories. Often you will be offered the job there and then on the spot if she likes you.
