I was contacted by ConnectWise Talent Acquisition Business Partner about an open position. After confirming my interest we agreed day time for an interview but after that it got very quiet. No meeting invite and no reply to my prompts. Waist of time and very disrespectful.

1st round is a normal teams interview. Need to know abit about the company. 2nd round is. 35 mins presentation on yourself, what you know about the company and an example to upsell Final round is you do a personality test and then discuss your personality test in the interview. They take the personality test very seriously and almost judge you before you can discuss anything so be careful

Interview
I am on my second interview and so far they have been pretty laid back and accommodating for time. Really appreciated that being someone in sales. Time is money. The people are very kind and ask thoughtful questions.
