ConnectWise Software Engineering Manager interview questions

Process is 3 rounds of interview before final HR call. I went through first 2 rounds and after follow up with recruiter came to know I am not through. I was surprised to hear the feedback that I am not good at technical when in both rounds of interview there was not a single technical question, it was all around Agile, software project management etc. very poor interview panel.
