Converge interview questions

First talk with the Manager where he wants to hear if you have knowledge of the market. The second with Global manager and afterwards you have to take couple of tests, such as IQ test, personality test, technological test. The test results are used to indicate how fit you are into the role, but also in the company culture.

02 rounds of interviews. interviewing with sales manager in 1st round. Second round with director involving presentation and strategy of account development. Both are successful and managers are quite satisfied with my performance.
