I submitted a resume and cover letter for the job to the Cook's website. Then I received a phone call from the company to schedule a 30-min phone interview with my future manager and HR. After the phone interview, I was invited to an on-site interview. During the on-site interview, I met about 5 people, including the managers at the department and a few future colleagues.

Interview was in 3 parts and was fully remote, as the covid pandemic was still ongoing. Total time took over 2 months. Part 1- video call with potential supervisor. Call lasted about an hour, was a mix of regular interview questions (biggest strength, biggest weakness, etc.) and job specific questions (experience with regulatory affairs). Part 2- phone call with HR. Call lasted about 30 minutes, and was typical interview questions (what is your management style, where do you see yourself in 5 years, etc.) Part 3- video call with potential team members. Consisted of three 30 min interviews with 2 team members at a time, followed by a 10 min presentation (on a technical topic of my choice) with 5 minutes of questions. Team members asked a mix of general interview questions and job specific questions/experience.
