Cook Medical Inc Engineering Co-Op interview questions

I spoke with cook medical at my college career fair. They had interviews on campus with about 8 candidates and 4 of them were offer on site interviews. Fortunately they just had me do an on-site interview. At the on-site interview I was there from 9 to 12. I had 4 interviews, one with an hr person (30 minutes), one with two engineers (45 minutes), one with two more engineers for different departments(45 minutes) , and one was a lunch interview with another engineer (1hour). They were all very nice. The hr person asked questions about there mission statement. The engineers asked half the questions about my resume and the other half were behavioral questions. They also had a tour mixed in with the hr person as you walked to the second interview room and a tour of the offices mixed in with the interview with the 2nd people.

Basic questions about your resume and how your experience will aid your career as an engineer. Probably 1-2 technical questions overall. There were engineers from 4 to 5 different teams (engineering test lab, operations, urology etc.) who interviewed me. A few of the engineers asked questions such as "tell me a time where you were in a group/team environment and things were not going well, what did you do in order to resolve the issue(s)?"
