I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CoverMyMeds (Columbus, OH) in Sep 2018
Interview
The process took about a month from applying to being offered a job. After applying, a recruiter reached out to set up a phone interview and for me to complete two online assessments. I completed the assessments and had a 45 minute initial phone interview where I was then asked to come in for an in person interview. During the in person interview, I was offered a tour of the building, then I met with a Support Supervisor, and ended the day meeting with two current Account Coordinators to complete Project Day. From the tour to finishing Project Day, it was 3 hours, but it didn’t feel like it lasted that long. Project Day sounds intimidating, but the Account Coordinators were both so kind and answered all of my questions. Overall it was the best interview process I have ever had. I would highly suggest applying for this company!
